The heart and soul of The Gold Standard Contracting, Shahin offers a rare perspective in the building industry. After a successful tenure in the corporate world, he decided to trade his business suit for a hammer, rebuilding his career from the ground up to provide a level of service he felt was missing in the industry.
With a business degree in one hand and a deep-seated passion for craftsmanship in the other, brings a sophisticated level of business acumen to the build. He understands the nuances of budgets, contracts, and professional communication as clearly as he understands structural integrity and site management. This dual expertise allows him to offer a true white-glove experience, where sophisticated project management meets obsession-level detail.
For Shahin, the "Gold Standard" isn't just a brand name-it’s a personal commitment. He is driven by a love for connecting with people and a relentless pursuit of superior customer service, ensuring that every homeowner feels as valued as the luxury spaces he creates.
Kitty Stuart, Executive Assistant
A Dallas native with luxury residential work in her DNA, Kitty brings a unique "designer’s eye" to our operations. Having spent years working alongside her grandmother-a prominent DFW interior designer-she understands the meticulous standards required for high-end homes.
As our Executive Assistant, Kitty is the bridge between the vision and the execution. Whether she is managing complex project calendars, documenting site progress through her lens, or researching the latest project management tech to keep our builds seamless, she ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
When she isn't streamlining our next big project or drafting proposals, Kitty is a busy mom of two. Her experience managing a bustling household makes her a natural at the "problem-solver" role and she always finds a way to get it done.
